This was a new large and challenging commercial bid project through a general contractor out of Grand Rapids, MI. After being awarded the project, we were able to meet or exceed materials, man hours, and project schedules – and the project evolved into many more new work areas of the project as well. Our team did an amazing job with this project overall and we received recognition and approval of the project 100% from the general contractor and ownership.
